Guest Policies

Tipping: Future professionals accept tips directly and in CASH only.

Children: Children 5 years old and younger are not permitted on the salon floor.  Children between 6 and 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is NOT receiving services.  Children must be 12 years old to receive technical, manicure, pedicure, or esthiology services.  Massage services are not performed on persons under the age of 16.  (16 and 17 year old persons must have written parental permission.)

Patch Test: Patch tests (allergy tests) are required for all, full- color and bleach and tone services.  The patch test must be administered at least 30 minutes prior to the appointment.   Patch tests are valid for 6 months and must be renewed after that point.

Pets: Pets are only allowed on the clinic floor for medical reasons.

Returns/Exchanges: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt for credit, refund or exchange.

Online Booking: Appointments booked online will be held by the purchase of a gift card. If a guest does not show for appointment(s) or cancels appointment(s) with less than 24 hours notice, the guest’s gift card will be charged 50% of the booked appointment(s). Any amount remaining on the gift card will be held for future appointments and purchases.

Appointments: If a guest is more than 15 minutes late with no contact, we reserve the right to change the services according to time constraints or cancel the appointment.

Cancellations: Out of consideration for everyone involved, we ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Confirmation calls are placed the day before your appointment as a courtesy.  If the 24 hour notice* is not given we reserve the right to withhold booking of any future appointments, whether it be for an individual or for a group. *except in the event of an emergency
